Restaurant Week in Westland

Supporting our local businesses is becoming more important each year and the Westland Chamber of Commerce is encouraging residents to get out and celebrate the role of small businesses in our local economy.

The 1st Annual Restaurant Week in Westland is set for this coming November 1st through the 7th. It is a great time to support the City’s more than 100 restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, sub shops and all independently owned restaurants who offer a wide variety of options to suit your taste buds and price range.

According to the Small Business Economic Impact study conducted by American Express, for every dollar spent at a local business, an average of $0.67 stays within the community. Additionally, another estimated $0.50 per dollar is created in local business activity as a result of employee spending and businesses purchasing local goods and services.

There’s never been a better time to get out and try someplace new or to visit an old favorite to see what they have to offer during Restaurant Week.
